The Dwarf Hinoki Cypress is a beautiful medium-sized evergreen shrub that boasts dark green fan-shaped foliage, a narrow columnar form and extraordinarily little maintenance required beyond the occasional watering through spring and summer. The gracefully spreading limbs gently unfold to attain a unique aquatic shape reminiscent of coral. Widely planted in traditional Japanese gardens, this slender conifer has a strong visual appeal to offer without taking up too much valuable landscape space. Hinoki Cypresses require very little in the way of maintenance as they are virtually unsusceptible to diseases and pests.
